Disclaimer & legal notice

We're independent

RaceLasVegas is an independent, unofficial guide made by the RaceLasVegas team. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by race organizers and series named on this site (including the Rock ’n’ Roll Running Series, the Las Vegas Marathon, BBSC Endurance Sports, Calico Racing, Desert Dash and REVEL), the Bureau of Land Management, or the National Park Service.

We never describe ourselves or our pages as “official”, and we don't use other organizations' logos. When we name a brand, venue or event, it's only to identify it.

Trademarks

Rock ’n’ Roll Running Series and other event names are trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Accuracy, as-is disclaimer

Everything on RaceLasVegas is provided as is, for general information, without warranties of any kind. We check facts against primary sources and date every check, but details change. Use it at your own risk and confirm anything important with the source before you rely on it.

Race dates, start times, courses and fees change, and races get canceled. Always confirm with the organizer before you register or travel.

Every fact-based page lists its sources and the date we last checked them. If something is wrong or out of date, email hello@racelasvegas.com and we'll fix it.

Listings & claims

Directory listings are written from public sources and marked “Unclaimed” until the business confirms them by email. Listing a business doesn't mean it endorses us, or that we endorse it. We don't take payments or bookings on this site, and we don't collect or store personal information through it.

Takedown & corrections

If you own a trademark, photo or listing and want it changed or removed, email hello@racelasvegas.com with the page URL. We act on valid requests promptly.
