Las Vegas race calendar

Upcoming road races, trail ultras and triathlons in and around Las Vegas, from the organizers' own listings.

This calendar lists Las Vegas-area races we've confirmed on the organizer's own website or registration page. Each entry shows the date, the start area, any start times the organizer has published, and the source with the date we last checked it. Click a day in the month grid to jump to its races, or filter by type. The race map below the calendar shows where each race starts and finishes, with GPX downloads for the courses the organizers publish.

Canceled races stay on the calendar, marked "Canceled", so you don't book a trip around an event that isn't happening. For 2027 that includes REVEL Mt Charleston, whose registration page says the race is canceled. L'Étape Las Vegas, the road-cycling event, is listed as unconfirmed: a BLM notice reserved May 2, 2027 for its Scenic Drive closure, but Strambecco says the 2027 edition hasn't been confirmed, and the event's own site shows a cancellation notice.

Distances in this calendar

  • Road 5K to marathon: Las Vegas Turkey Trot, Hoover Dam Marathon, Lake Mead Marathon, Las Vegas Marathon, Red Rock Canyon Marathon and Rock ’n’ Roll Las Vegas.
  • Trail ultra: Red Rock Canyon 100K and 50K.
  • Triathlon: Pumpkinman at Boulder Beach in Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The Las Vegas Triathlon was held at Boulder Beach on October 10; see Recently run for results.
  • Trail 5K and 17K: the Tortoise Trot at the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center, a Friends of Red Rock Canyon benefit, was on October 10 (the organizer's page now lists it as passed). It wasn't timed.
  • Road cycling: L'Étape Las Vegas (unconfirmed for 2027). The routes listed for the event run 25, 45 and 75 miles from the Las Vegas Ballpark into Red Rock Canyon.
